About the Role

Our client, a luxury student living provider in the heart of South Kensington, is seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to deliver an exceptional standard of front-of-house service. With rooms priced at £1,400 per week, this is a premium environment where discretion, attentiveness, and a high level of customer service are key.

You will be the first point of contact for students and visitors alike, providing a welcoming, safe, and helpful presence in the building. This is a varied and rewarding position in a supportive team, ideal for someone with a hospitality or high-end residential background.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, courteous welcome to residents and visitors, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience at all timesFluent in English & Mandarin, verbally and written communication 

Provide information, assistance, and support to residents, including handling queries, booking services, and managing requests

Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access to the building and reporting any concerns

Ensure the reception and communal areas are always presented to the highest standards

Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

Liaise with contractors and suppliers when required

Support with day-to-day administration and reporting duties

Report any maintenance or facilities issues promptly

Work in accordance with health and safety and fire safety procedures

Ideal Candidate

Previous concierge or front-of-house experience in a luxury residential, hospitality or student living environment

Professional, polished, and service-driven demeanour

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to handle issues discreetly

Basic IT literacy and administrative competence
