Our client is looking for an experienced senior receptionist to join their Front of House team and provide exceptional service to their team and clients. You will work with a supportive administration team and be the first point of contact for all visitors.This is a contract position with a view to the opportunity becoming more permanent and could be your next step in your administration career in architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and screening calls.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Providing adhoc administrative support
  • Assisting with general upkeep and tidiness of studio space.
  • Monitoring centralised email inbox.
  • Arranging and managing meeting rooms.

Skills and Experience

  • Well presented and professional.
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
