As the Receptionist, based on front of house in the office, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors. Our client is leading in their field within Financial Services, across the globe, mostly throughout Europe. Our client offers a supportive and friendly working environment, and there will opportunities to take on varied PA duties to support the Senior Leadership Team within the business!

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors into the office and providing 5* client services at all times
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Organising meetings and inboxes
  • Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries efficiently
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring the smooth running of the desk and office
  • Assisting with administrative and PA tasks to support the senior and wider team

Requirements:

  • Previous reception and administrative experience is ideal
  • Fluent in English and Italian language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding client service skills, with a positive and friendly working attitude
  • Strong organisational abilities
