Our client, a prestigious law firm based in the heart of London's is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their rapidly expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a professional and approachable demeanor, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a client-facing role, the ideal candidate will be well-presented, articulate, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, acting as an ambassador for the firm.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday on a shift rotation basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. The salary on offer is up to £40,000.

Duties will include:

  • Greet all visitors and answer phone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or individual as quickly as possible
  • Manage the Front of House space with utmost care and attention
  • Respond to and action emails promptly via Outlook, ensuring they are filed in the appropriate folders
  • Oversee the reception desk on the ground floor, serving all tenants within the building
  • Book guests in and out, ensuring they have a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Address queries from visitors and building occupants in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the broader team
