Receptionist vacancy at London Private Banking firm. They are seeking a polished and professional Hotel Receptionist or former Corporate Receptionist to join their Front of House team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious corporate environment, providing first-class customer service and administrative support.
You will be joining a successful, progressive company that values excellence, with a team of two receptionists delivering 5-star Front of House service. This is a varied and engaging role that also includes PA-style duties, office coordination and interaction with VIP clients.
Key Receptionist Duties:

Managing the main switchboard and acting as the firm’s ambassador for incoming calls

Meeting and greeting clients, staff and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Coordinating meeting room calendars and booking software

Liaising with hospitality staff to ensure seamless meeting room set-up and catering

Booking lunches, refreshments, and liaising with internal hospitality teams

General administrative support – including scanning, photocopying, post and couriers

Assisting Executive Assistants and Directors where needed

Maintaining office supplies and managing ad hoc office duties
Requirements:

Previous experience as Corporate Receptionist or Cabin Crew essential

Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and VIP clients

Well-presented, polished, and articulate

Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with an eye for detail
