ReceptionistLondon£33,000 to £38,000 dep expReceptionist Role at London Law Firm.  A highly respected City law firm is looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of their organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a background in high-end hospitality, corporate front of house, or premium cabin crew, who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service.

Acting as the first point of contact for the firm’s distinguished visitors, including partners, clients, and high-profile guests, you’ll take full ownership of the reception area, coordinate meeting room logistics, and liaise with internal teams to ensure every detail is managed to the highest standard. You’ll also support directors and senior PAs with travel arrangements, scheduling, and light admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:• Delivering a polished, professional welcome to visitors, clients and staff• Answering and directing incoming calls with discretion and professionalism• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are immaculately presented• Coordinating catering, refreshments, and AV requirements for meetings• Supporting internal teams with diary coordination and visitor logistics• Booking travel and accommodation for senior team members• Handling couriers, post, and office supply management• Assisting with light administrative tasks, scanning and documentation• Liaising with PAs and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless experience for all guests

What We’re Looking For:• Experience working as a corporate receptionist, in luxury hospitality, or as cabin crew• Warm, confident communication style with a genuine passion for service• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail• Ability to remain calm, organised and proactive in a busy environment• Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with meeting room software• A helpful, collaborative approach and a positive attitude
