- Manage the Reception calendar and book meeting rooms
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Manage the Reception switchboard and deal with incoming emails
- Set up video conference calls and arrange meeting materials
- Order and serve catering for meetings and lunches
- Support the Office Manager with ordering office supplies
- Support with invoicing and expenses monthly
- Proven experience in a Front of House/Reception role
- Proficient in MS office
- Well presented, with excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise and use own initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident and friendly
