Yellow Bricks is hiring an experienced Receptionist to support a high-end location as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and partners. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a keen awareness of one's surroundings, as well as impeccable personal presentation.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that all people entering the building feel welcomed and have the support they need as they navigate their surroundings. you will use the computer as part of your role to place bookings of rooms and arrange appointments, therefore, an ability to judge your colleagues requirements and availability is incredibly important.

Duties:

  • Welcome, entering visitors, clients, colleagues, suppliers and partners, ensuring they have a good experience.
  • Answering all calls to the location with a supportive telephone manner, resolving all requests promptly
  • Maintaining the front of house area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
  • Managing local suppliers such as cleaners, couriers, caterers and other contacts as required
  • Placing bookings for staff and management to ensure maximum effectiveness of their time
  • Following up with visitors to understand their experience
  • Confirming the booked visitors' needs before a visit to ensure their needs are catered to.

We are seeking a proactive people person with pride in their approach for this permanent role. This role is 5 days a week, one day will be over the weekend, this is non-negotiable.
