- Manage a busy switchboard, and answer calls promptly
- Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and guide them to meeting rooms
- Coordinate meeting rooms, including booking, and calendar management
- Assist with planning and hosting internal events, including monthly social gatherings
- Monitor the team inbox, respond to Zoom requests, and action administrative duties
- Book contractors via the loading bay and coordinate deliveries
- A friendly, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Always well-presented, professional, and reliable
- Tech-savvy – confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and other IT tools
- A team player with a can-do attitude who’s happy to help wherever needed
- Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience is ideal but not essential
