If yes, Signature Recruitment is seeking a Virtual Receptionist for a growing international organisation in the sustainability sector that’s making real global impact.

This position is offered with an immediate start on a full-time, permanent basis with a salary of £28,000. It is a fully remote role, working from 9-5 with one hour for lunch.

As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be managing incoming calls on the phone platform, triaging and signposting to the appropriate departments, and taking accurate messages. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service. In addition, responsibilities will include inbox management and other administrative duties to support the team and wider business.

Virtual Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls on the Cloudya phone platform
  • Triaging calls and directing to the relevant person / department
  • Taking accurate notes and following up as necessary
  • Assisting with Inbox management
  • Providing other administrative support to the team and wider business
Virtual Receptionist Key Skills:
  • Experience as a Receptionist and / or in a Customer Service role
  • Exceptional communication skills with an excellent telephone manner to provide superb customer service
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy when note taking
  • A personable professional with the ability to work well independently
