We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Spa Operations Managerto lead a fantastic team at the Lanesborough.

Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Londons most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Candidate Profile

As a Spa Operations Manager you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests. You will be responsible the leading the Reception & Butlers team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service and take pride in creating an unrivalled guest experience.

You will be a motivator with excellent organisational skills, have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven track record in leading and managing teams within a luxury Club and Spa environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Confident in managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
  • Experienced in creating and implementing training programmes to support service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Solid commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth
  • Proficient in managing stock control, supplier relationships, and procurement processes
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in a second language is desirable
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
