About the Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our business, building relationships with clients and candidates, driving the recruitment process, and celebrating success along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Developing lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieving and exceeding targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
