Up to 28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Incentives (Year 1 OTE: 40K)

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets
  • Managing your candidate database
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism

The Requirements

  • Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 years sales experience
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
