Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets
Managing your candidate database
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism

The Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 years sales experience
