This is a pivotal role, helping clients navigate IR35 challenges and delivering fully scoped workforce solutions.What You’ll Do:
  • Sell and deliver Statement of Work projects to new and existing clients.
  • Develop consultative solutions packaging teams of contractors around defined deliverables.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative project-based staffing models.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience selling SOW, RPO, or project-based recruitment services.
  • Strong UK market network within transformation, technology, or financial services.
  • Consultative sales approach with a track record of solution selling.
  • Business development focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
