The RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become an expert in connecting skilled professionals with some of the biggest names in the energy industry. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building networks and headhunting high-calibre candidates.
- Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
- Writing adverts and managing candidate applications.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Growing your knowledge of the global energy market.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

- Degree-educated (2:2 or above preferred) OR prior sales/commercial experience.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
- £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission.
