My client is growing and looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their boutique agency. Their goal is clear - they want you to be successful and happy, you will be supported by training and development to build a career and make a real name for yourself in the charity and NFP sector.
What will you be doing as a Finance Recruitment Consultant?
You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients in the Charity and NFP space, account managing, sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end.
You will be recruiting for range from globally known charities to smaller and more local NGOs, to housing associations and various institutions. One of the most exciting things about this sector is that the people you will be working with are some of the most passionate people around!
What do you need to be a Finance Recruitment Consultant?
You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates.
When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel.
You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, proficient in taking client briefings and identifying the best candidates for each clients and role.
