Our client is seeking motivated and ambitious recent graduates for a recruitment role across their London, Dubai, and USA offices.
The position offers a salary with an OTE of £27-45k in the first year, £60-70k in the second year, and £100k in the third year.
Candidates will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, connecting top talent with clients and developing industry knowledge.
The role includes fast progression based on performance, with leadership opportunities available within 3-5 years.

Year 1: £27-45k OTE

Your Role:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients - understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
Develop industry knowledge - become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
