Our client is seeking motivated recent graduates for a fast-paced sales role with opportunities in the UK, Europe, Dubai, and the USA.
The salary structure offers £27-45k OTE in the first year, with potential earnings of £60-70k in the second year and £100k in the third year.
Candidates will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, connecting top talent with clients and developing industry knowledge.

Salary:

Year 1: £27-45k OTE

Year 2: £60-70k OTE

Your Role:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients - understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
Develop industry knowledge - become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
