Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for roles across software development, data, and DevOps
Work with hiring managers at major tech clients and scale-ups
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from first call to offer stage
Write job adverts, conduct candidate interviews, and close deals
Work towards weekly KPIs with clear goals and mentorship
