Their salary for trainees is £35,000 - £40,000 + their generous commission scheme which is paid monthly and scales £0-10,000 = 15%; £10,000-20,000 = 20%; £20,000 = 30%+.

Their Sales and Trading candidates salaries are between £50,000-120,000 + uncapped bonus. They also work at a high volume generating these fees, so predict you will be billing £500,000 by your 2nd-3rd year and earning well in excess of £150,000 per year.
