- 2:1 Degree
- You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment.
- High Level Sport desirable!
- High achievements and be able to show us where you have excelled.

- One of the UKs leading Private Equity recruitment firms.
- As of 2024, they have 90 heads across London, Frankfurt and New York, mainly in London and have plans to get to 250 people over the next 2 years.
- 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home but during the training they will probably need to be in 5 days.
- When Consultants join they make a wish list of items they want up to £500 and every month the partners will decide who gets something off their wishlist based on performance and values.
- Perm comms structure is up to 45%.
- Average billings per consultant are £280K! Surround yourself with top performers!
- Black and white progression plan and big growth plans so people can progress quickly! Options to relocate to Germany or the US for strong performers.
- Quarterly trips away this year have been on a Ski trip and are going to Lisbon in the summer.
- Trainees with high potential are put on a Fast Track To Management program.
- Top performer generates over £2 million a year!
