They're looking for the very best graduates who are keen on becoming Executive Search Consultants to assist them to reach their ambitious commercial goals in 2021 and be well rewarded for their hard work.
The Role
- Meeting with clients virtually and in-person to determine the specific needs of their business
- Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions
- Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates
- Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy
- Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates
- Business Development to win new clients for the organisation

The Requirements
- Recently graduated from a top 100 university, 2:1 or higher
- Strong work ethic - must have worked part time throughout University
