What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with high-level Private Equity firms and investment funds.
- Sourcing and headhunting the best finance and investment professionals.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to deal closure.
- Becoming a market expert in the Private Equity space.
- Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Earnings & Commission
- Uncapped commission structure - earn up to 60% of your billings!
- Average consultant billings are £280K+ per year - over double the industry average.
- Quarterly commission structure with top performers earning six figures within two years.
- Majority of work is retained, meaning we get paid upfront for our services.
