A global specialist Recruitment Firm in Hedge Funds, Assessment Management, Investment Banks, Crypto and Fintech. They place technologists, data scientists, engineers and traders into leading firms across the globe.

• They take a hybrid approach between contingent recruitment and executive search; their candidates are in high demand and therefore paid extremely well. Salaries are over 6 figures and placements have included over £1m packages.
• Average deal sizes ranges from £60k - £80k but often deals can be in the £120k - £150k bracket.
• You are expected to make a handful of deals in year 1 and take home anywhere between £45k - £60k within your first year.
