The Role:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll be given the opportunity to develop your skills through a 12-week training academy, where youll learn everything you need to know about recruitment, from building relationships with clients and candidates to managing the full recruitment cycle.
Once trained, youll move into a 360 recruitment role, where youll manage your own desk, build and maintain client relationships, and source top talent for high-level roles in the Automotive and FMCG industries.
