Their commission scheme goes all the way up to 50% and they even have an in-house Learning and Development Manager to make sure your training is unique to your situation. Whether you’re training to be a better Consultant, a Manager or even a Director, they will help you get there. After doubling their revenue over the past 12 months they are now looking for ambitious Graduates to join their award winning team.

The Role:

  • Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
  • Meeting clients and candidates face to face
  • Account Management
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Building relationships with existing and new clients
  • Networking
  • Negotiating
  • Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

  • 2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
