Graduate Recruitment Consultant Quant Trading, Tech & Big Data Sectors
Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH after 6 months)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 base + uncapped commission (up to 40%)
OTE Year 1: £45,000£70,000+
Start Date: Flexible (Summer/Autumn 2025 intake)

What You'll Be Doing:
Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates (e.g. data scientists, engineers, quants, traders)
Managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, from research and outreach to offer negotiation
Building strong relationships with global clients in the quantitative trading, tech, and crypto sectors
Conducting interviews, market mapping, and headhunting passive talent
Contributing to team revenue targets and company growth
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) from a top university
Resilient, highly financial motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Competitive mindset sports, sales, or entrepreneurial backgrounds are a bonus
Strong interest in finance, technology, or data-driven industries
