What you'll do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Recruit teachers and support staff for schools across London
Search for candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen and interview education professionals
Build strong relationships with schools and clients
Write engaging CVs and candidate profiles
Work to clear targets - earning commission for each successful placement
Become an expert in the education recruitment market
