The Role
- Sourcing suitable candidates for clients
- Building relationships with candidates
- Interviewing and preparing candidates
- Account management
- Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
- Negotiating terms of contracts
- Developing a personal brand within your chosen sector
