HR Project Lead required for a large-scale organisational change programme, which is focused on implementing a Job Families framework.
This includes the development of professional families and clusters and a comprehensive review of the approach to pay and reward, to ensure equity, fairness and transparency.

Description
As HR Project Lead, Job Families your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide clear leadership to the Job Families programme to ensure that the overall aims of the programme are effectively delivered.
- Working together with key leads in the People Function, Internal Communications and Digital to successfully implement Job Families.
- Ensure the overall project, key milestones and delivery dates are monitored and achieved.
- Ensure that all potential risks and issues are effectively identified and mitigated.
- Ensure all DE&I considerations of the programme are effectively and meaningfully considered, including but not limited to an Equality Impact Assessment.
- Provide effective stakeholder management of Corporate Management Team (CMT), so they are clear on their responsibilities, status of the programme and can effectively advocate for the programme.
- Lead a HR programme in a unionised environment. Ensure that consultation and/or negotiation are managed effectively and in line with best practice.
- Effective management of all resources allocated to the programme (including internal and external contractor resource). Ensuring budgets are monitored and all procurement and governance processes are followed.
- Contribute to corporate management making the major contribution on people management issues including participating in multi-discipline, cross-departmental and cross-organisational groups and task teams.
Profile
The successful HR Project Lead, Job Families will possess the following:
- A successful track record of leadership of large-scale organisational change programmes, in comparable high profile and complex organisations.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge gained through extensive and high-level strategic experience within HR.
- Able to operate in a political environment and quickly gain credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Proven HR project/programme management skills
- Significant experience of leading HR projects in a unionised environment and experience of union relations.
- Effective management of internal and external contractor resources.
Job Offer
This is an interim role with an 18-month contract duration.
The position offers a competitive day rate ranging from £500 to £650, depending on experience.
A minimum of 2 days in the office is required each week.
