We’re hiring an experienced recruiter to join the in-house EMEA talent team for one of the world’s most admired tech brands—a company known for innovation, purpose-driven culture, and global scale.
This isn’t just another recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who understands the psychology, complexity, and pace of enterprise sales hiring—whether SaaS or on-prem. Someone who can engage senior-level sales professionals, build trusted relationships with demanding stakeholders, and deliver a world-class candidate experience across multiple markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across EMEA with a focus on enterprise sales roles.
- Partner closely with senior sales leaders to shape hiring strategies and influence decisions.
- Personalise outreach to passive candidates who aren't actively looking, but are open to the right opportunity.
- Understand what makes top-performing sales executives tick—and use that insight to attract and convert the best talent.
- Tap into networks, employee referrals, and internal partnerships to deepen your talent pipeline.
- Track and report key hiring metrics, ensuring visibility across the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on enterprise sales within a high-growth tech company or agency supporting the sector.
- A deep understanding of the complexity of the B2B enterprise sales cycle, and how to position opportunities that align with high-performing sales professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Confidence working across EMEA markets, juggling multiple roles and priorities with agility.
