Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator

Highly regarded US law firm known for its collaborative culture and strong global presence is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to join its vibrant London office to support its lateral lawyer recruiting hiring efforts.

  • Salary to £50,000
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

This role would be an excellent opportunity for a pro-active assistant with recruiting experience looking for increased responsibility and autonomy.

Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Legal Recruiting & Development (LRD) team and Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting with lawyer talent attraction and hiring administration, including interview coordination and scheduling with internal and external clients, gathering feedback, and chasing outstanding evaluations, drafting offers, and job board updates etc.
  • Assist the Senior Manager with responding to volume search firm queries
  • Assist the Senior Manager and Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting with the production and tracking of fee terms for all international lawyer hiring
  • Performs necessary due diligence on candidates including confirming admission status, and compliance with all hiring risk management policies and procedures
  • Attendance at regular catch-up meetings with local and global recruiting teams
  • Process and track recruiting and vendor invoice payments via Chrome River

Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of law firm hiring or HR talent initiatives experience
  • Experience managing AllHires CMS, or similar recruitment ATS
  • Professional outlook and client service orientated with the ability to act autonomously
