Duties will include CV consultations, online webinars, one-to-one career advice, and candidate engagement via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. You will also support learner retention until successful completion and employment outcomes.This is a target-focused engagement role suited to individuals passionate about supporting learner progression and driven by achieving KPIs.________________________________________Role-specific responsibilities:• Achieve KPI activity including webinars, calls, meetings, and programme starts.• Manage candidate relationships to the highest standard.• Source candidates from multiple resources.• Screen candidates for eligibility and suitability for programmes.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.• Deliver webinars and conduct one-to-one career advice sessions.• Conduct service calls to support candidates and assist with retention.• Provide accurate forecasting of candidate numbers and pipelines.• Maintain an accurate database of prospects and record activity in a timely manner.• Liaise with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.• Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.• Support team members and contribute to overall company objectives.________________________________________Candidate RequirementsEssential Skills:• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.• Professional approach to working with a diverse range of candidates.• Approachable, motivational, and solutions-oriented.• High level of drive and determination to succeed.• Ability to influence others positively.• Experience working to targets, deadlines, and processes.Desirable Skills:• Experience within work-based learning, education, or private training.• Experience in resourcing or customer-facing sales roles.General Skills:• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).• Highly motivated, personable, adaptable, and commercially astute.• A team player with a flexible approach to work.________________________________________All roles are subject to DBS checks as part of the organisation's safer recruitment process and its commitment to safeguarding learners and staff.For more information, please contact Simon Atkins on or
