NRWA/Street Works Inspector

• Conducting thorough inspections of street works, ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations
• Recording and reporting on the condition of highway infrastructure and surface apparatus defects
• Assessing and managing street work licences and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation
• Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records of inspections
• Liaising with contractors, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and compliance
• Identifying and addressing issues promptly to maintain the safety and efficiency of street works
• Ensuring all inspections are conducted in line with the codes of practice and regulations
• Providing expert advice and support regarding street works and NRSWA compliance

• Experience with street works and NRSWA inspections
• Strong understanding of street works legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
• Proficiency in recording and reporting on infrastructure and surface apparatus conditions
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Relevant qualifications or certification in NRSWA or a related field
