Key Responsibilities:
Draft high-quality suitability reports grounded in thebespoke planning model
Support advisers by attending client meetings and capturing detailed notes
Translate complex, model-driven strategies into clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with investment managers to ensure seamless implementation
Maintain high compliance standards while applying logical, client-first thinking
Provide proactive technical and administrative support across the planning process
Requirements:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered preferred)
Strong paraplanning experience within a wealth management or IFA firm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills clear, concise, and articulate
Logical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp a unique planning framework
High degree of common sense, initiative, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, intellectually driven environment
