Part-Time Recruitment Administrator

Larbey Evans has partnered with a prestigious UK law firm to recruit a talented and proactive Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to join its London office based in the heart of the City.

  • Part-time, 3 days a week – Wednesday-Friday (50% hybrid working pattern)

This is a part-time job share position working 3 days per week (Wednesday-Friday).  You will become part of a high-performing, fast-paced HR team and will report into the Senior Recruitment Manager, ensuring a high level of support across the Recruitment and Early Careers teams.

Part-Time Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Recruitment and Early Careers teams across all key processes and maintain an awareness of all recruitment activity
  • Act as the key contact for external candidate queries, taking ownership of the Recruitment and Early Careers email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner
  • Format job descriptions ensuring firm messaging and branding
  • Create and advertise new vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate events such as law fairs, open days, and trainee networking events
  • Draft all necessary offer paperwork

Part-Time Recruitment Administrator Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Recruitment or Early Careers experience within a law firm
  • Strong relationship building skills across the firm and the HR team
  • A good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms
