We're Looking For:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in education recruitment, ideally with a focus on Primary
A track record of building strong, lasting school and candidate relationships
Ambitious, driven, and professional mindset
Solid understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and the UK education system
A genuine passion for improving outcomes for pupils through quality recruitment
