Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 6-month FTC.
About the Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, and working with the wider recruitment team, you will provide recruitment support across the firm with a focus on coordination. Duties include:
- Planning, logistics and coordination of recruitment and interviews
- Schedule and manage diaries and calendars
- Support with materials and presentations
- Screen applications and assist with feedback calls
- Process invoices
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a HR or recruitment administration role and have strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
