Marylebone - 2 days in the office/ 3 days remote (09.30 -17.30)

We have a great interim FTC opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor with experience in Legal or Professional Services. Working within fabulous offices, the team are open, friendly and authentic with a great culture and team ethos.

Working with one of London's top ranking law firms, this role will see you taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process of business support vacancies in the London recruitment, which is part of the wider HR department.

Our ideal candidate will need experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes and will see you preparing job specs, screening CVs, compiling shortlists, conducting interviews and managing the hiring process with the partners and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be confident with employing direct sourcing methods via employee referrals, social media, job sites and talent pools.

  • Working alongside the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator, ensuring a collaborative and consistent approach within the recruitment function and always maintaining the highest level of service to all stakeholders and best practice
  • Assisting with the promotion of our employer brand throughout the firm internally, as well as to the external market
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all direct applicants and external recruitment agencies in relation to the roles that you have responsibility for.
  • Working with hiring managers to identify skill sets; where required, testing the validity and comprehensiveness of job descriptions.
  • Briefing agencies via email/telephone on vacancies (including holding agency briefing calls with the hiring managers for certain vacancies when required)
  • Utilising direct hiring methods including (but not limited to) online advertising, firmwide referral scheme and LinkedIn.

Candidates must be immediately available and have recruitment experience within the legal sector.
