We are seeking a proactive and driven recruitment consultant to join a hospitality staffing company. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a talent for forging new business relationships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align company goals and strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a commission reward for each new business brought in.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, Sales or similar role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
