Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:

Collaborating with senior consultants to cultivate and secure new candidates and business opportunities
Researching potential clients, contributing to thought leadership pieces, and developing marketing materials and proposals
Proactively engaging with potential collaborators and candidates
Developing expertise in assigned sectors and markets
Utilising databases, networking, and research to identify top-tier candidates
Facilitating transparent communication with candidates regarding roles, organisational culture, and benefits
Evaluating candidates' suitability through various stages of the recruitment process

A recent degree (business, economics or related)
