Location: Southwest London.

Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 base plus commission, top earner made over £45,000 last year.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, in office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to final placement.
Communicate effectively with yacht crew, providing guidance throughout the registration and placement journey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, crew, and industry partners.
Specialize in sourcing and placing interior crew with niche skills (massage therapists, hairdressers, spa professionals, and beauty experts).
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the internal database.
Coordinate interviews and provide follow-up support to clients and candidates.
Represent the company at yacht shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
Confident, personable, and professional when dealing with high-end clients and crew.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Strong interest in luxury recruitment, yachting, or high-end hospitality.
Previous experience in recruitment, hospitality, or luxury service is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and yacht shows here and abroad.
