Key Qualities of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Degree educated with a minimum 2:2 (preferred but not essential).
- Previous sales experience advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Networking to build and grow a strong candidate base.
- Proactively headhunting top talent.
- Reviewing CVs and identifying high-quality candidates.
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts.
- Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Managing the offer process and closing deals.
- Earning commission on successful placements.

The Package:
- Location: London
- 1st Year OTE: £28,000 (basic salary) – £40,000
- 2nd Year OTE: £40,000 – £70,000
- 3rd Year OTE: £70,000 – £100,000
