Recruitment Consultant wanted for new SAFS (School Admin and Facilities Services Desk)We are launching a brand new service to our schools and we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to kick start and manage this new SAFS (School Admin and Facilities Services) desk. This position presents an opportunity to fast-track your career, based on the success of the desk, this new service could easily grow into a new team.

Package: Consultants up to £33k basic salary, Senior Consultants up to £40k basic salary with uncapped commission, zero threshold, riding up to 25%. OTE 6 figures within 5 years

The opportunity:

Work alongside our Primary, Secondary and SEND Team of Consultants, partnering with them to recruit into their schools, as well as bringing on new schools through business development
You will be tasked to recruit permanent, long-term, short-term, and daily SAFS roles, essentially any role within a school that is not classroom-based
We work with a range of Ofsted rated 'Good' and 'Outstanding' state and independent schools, academies and special schools.

You:

We are seeking recruitment experience and will consider anyone with an education recruitment sector background, alongside applicants from other recruitment sectors.
Experience in recruiting high-volume roles (administrators, facilities or kitchen staff within a fast-paced market would be an advantage.
We would like to see a proven ability to hit sales targets, win business and build relationships
Enthusiastic and passionate about the education sector
Articulate, driven, money-motivated and seeking a long-term career move
