Package: £30K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

The Role:

Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients

Meeting clients and candidates face to face

Account Management

Interviewing candidates

Building relationships with existing and new clients

Networking

Negotiating

Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
