Role
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, and other channels
- Write and post compelling job adverts that attract qualified candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct initial outreach to assess suitability and interest
- Coordinate interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and nurture pipelines for priority roles and future hiring needs
- Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress

The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will be proactive, organised, and quick to adapt, ready to jump in and add value from day one. This is an urgent requirement so immediate availability is essential. This role is fully remote.

Rate
This fully remote Recruitment Resourcer role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14-£16 PAYE (plus holiday pay), depending on experience. Please note: applicants must be based in the UK.
