About the role:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Partner to lead and manage our end-to-end recruitment operations. This pivotal role is key to ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across the College.

As part of the HR team, you will:

  • Lead the College’s recruitment service, providing expert advice and hands-on delivery.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective and inclusive recruitment campaigns.
  • Oversee job advertising, screening, interview planning, onboarding and compliance.
  • Ensure safer recruitment practices and that all recruitment activity aligns with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Deliver recruitment training to managers, promote best practice, and monitor recruitment metrics.
  • Champion equality, diversity, safeguarding, and continuous improvement across all recruitment activity.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates and support our talent and succession planning goals.
