What You’ll Learn & DoOver the course of 12 months, you’ll be trained by seasoned consultants and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to identify high-potential candidates and emerging tech trends
- Building and maintaining candidate databases with accurate, up-to-date information
- Supporting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Learning how to assess CVs and match candidates to technical job specifications
- Assisting with interview coordination and candidate communications
- Receiving structured training in recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and professional communication

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- GCSEs or equivalent; A-levels or further education a plus but not required
