About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join the HR function, supporting the delivery of key compensation and benefits initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to data-led projects across salary review processes, benchmarking, and benefits modelling, ensuring accurate and effective execution of reward strategies.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting financial modelling and analysis across compensation areas including bonuses, pay awards, and equity schemes.
  • Building data models and analysing large datasets to support performance-related pay strategies.
  • Ensuring integrity of HRIS data and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with HR Services.
  • Aiding in the implementation of reward-related change management projects.
  • Contributing to the annual pay review process and liaising with stakeholders across the business.
  • Participating in market surveys and interpreting external benchmarking data to inform internal reward planning.
  • Assisting with gender pay gap, ethnicity pay gap, and other audit calculations.
  • Helping select and implement compensation management tools.
  • Monitoring vendor spend and performance related to reward and benefits.
  • Supporting business-as-usual reward operations and benefits queries.
  • Assisting with the annual benefits enrolment and employee data interrogation.

About the Successful Applicant

You will bring at least 2-3 years’ experience in a Reward role, with a strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience supporting at least two pay review cycles. A background in HR and Reward is preferred, along with excellent communication and data-handling skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work confidently under pressure are essential.
